Welding in STABO Quality

Welding procedure tests in accordance with EN 15614 and ASME IX are available for the following materials:
- Heat-resistant, fine-grained steels of grades P355GH, P460NH, 15NiCuMoNb5
- Heat-resistant CrMo steels of grades 13CrMo4 5, 10CrMo 9 10
- Heat-resistant special grade P91
- Cryogenic, fine-grained steels up to P460NL2
- High-strength tempering steels up to P690 QL
- Austenitic grades 1.4301, 1.4404, 1.4571, 1.4539
- Duplex steels 1.4462
Welding processes applied:
- Submerged arc tandem welding
- Submerged arc narrow-gap welding up to 240 mm wall thickness
- Submerged arc nozzle welding
- WIG orbital welding
- Manual welding processes 141, 111, 136
Heat treatments:
- Stress-relief heat treatment for components up to 150 tons
- Normalisation annealing for components up to 30 tons
