Last week, we participated with our sister company eferest in the 4th Career Choice Fair at the Gesamtschule Auf dem Schießberg comprehensive school – an important building block in the professional development of the students there. At the fair, they were able to learn about different occupational fields in a practical way.

In line with the motto "Understanding careers", our workshop offered a lively insight into technical training and work areas. Participants explored technical, creative and organisational aspects in a playful way, thus establishing a direct link to possible career paths at STABO and eferest.

We see the fair as a great opportunity to reach young talent, spark interest and highlight real prospects for training opportunities in our region – and we look forward to perhaps soon starting an internship or training programme with some of the students.
